Since 9/11 there have been many new law's, both here in the US as well as international, all relating to personal/business
confidentiality. There have been so many persons/entities where their personal & business has been infilitrated. Due to
these confidentiality laws, so many clients will not allow our firms to disclose contact information on projects closed for
them, however, some clients have agreed to allow their email available for verification of our services. Our firms alway's
respect our clients wish of privacy.

It's been almost 2 years since we first found Global Lending, Inc. They got us the money we were in desperate need of
then. In 2007 we wanted too build a condominium project in Playa Tamarindo, Costa Rica. The land was cheap we wanted a busines
& vacation get away. After doing our planning we again contacted Global Lending, Inc. they were very receptive to the
