Our Standards
We pride ourselves on understanding the problems and opportunities in the vast commercial financial services industry.
We believe our clients are the most important assets of our company, and we are dedicated to serving your needs.
We have a very strong underlying principle for doing business: "CLIENTS FOR LIFE." It's that principle that fuels our
firm!
The firm of Global Lending, Inc. ask for 2 major things from our clients:
1- HONESTY!
Let us know about "ANY ISSUES" that
may effect the project from funding. In most cases we can work either around them or eliminate them. Whatever the underlying
issue is, "WE WILL DISCOVER IT", whereas we want to know before, not after!
2- Help us by getting "ALL"
required documents we request in a very timely fashion. We "DO
NOT" ask for documents we do not need to close the financing of your project. The sooner we receive the documents,
the sooner we can make the plans on both travel to you/your site as well as keep our lending sources totally prepared for
the full package for their board of finance meeting.

Our Commitment
We are dedicated to our clients. We believe in one word: excellence. We think this commitment shows in all our products
and services. We use the most advanced technology available to close your commercial loan.
By combining the use of the internet, along with the advanced processing, auto enhancement, continuous strong relationships
with our direct sources, both in the US as well as international. Providing our clients "DO SUPPLY" all of the
documents requested, providing our clients "DO NOT" hold back specific information, either personal or business, we do
close each & every project we accept, HOWEVER, let it be known, unless our clients are honest with our team of agents
working the project, with held back information that could effect the project financing, could result in major issues, at
time's, possible decline due to the failure of information disclosure not brought forth by our client.
WORKING TOGETHER, WE CAN MAKE FINANCING A SMOOTH TRANSITION
